The NSN Network started its activities by holding a seminar titled “Facilitating cooperation between different stakeholders on the New Skills for New Jobs Agenda” in Reykjavik, Iceland from 31 May to 1 June 2010.
The main objective of the Peer Learning seminar was to analyse New Skills for New Jobs Agenda as well as new recommendations for actions. The seminar brought together different stakeholders involved in education and labour market affairs from 15 European countries.
The participants of the seminar shared information, experiences and best practices and discussed the New Skills for New Jobs Agenda and what it means for education and working life in the near future.
